some important characteristics of the best co-worker

I have been a teacher of hcmute for 6 years and i have worked together with a lot of people in different offices. during this period, i have found that there are certain characteristics that all good workers have in common.
first of all, a good worker is very cooperative. he/she does her/his best to get along with others. he tries to keep his end of things flowing smoothly to help others in the office. he realizes that if one person does not get her work done, it can hold up everyone else. besides, he has a positive attitude that can create a good condition of working environment. for example, when we attended to mark the exam paper of University entrance exam, we must help everyone who first come to attend this board. we accepted to reduce the speed of marking to instruct them the method to mark just as, they can not know completely the process. in addition, whenever they feel tired we must make something funny.
a good co-worker is adaptable. he is not stubborn about changes in schedules or routines. a good co-worker is willing to change her schedule to accommodate another worker's emergency. he has no problem with new procedures and welcomes to change his schedule whenever others need.
a good co-worker is very helpful. he is very please to pitch in when someone falls behind in his work. he is willing to do whatever to get the job done. he does not keep track of how often he has to finish another work or take on extra work to help the others. so we must condemn somebody who only does their own job, period. and they have no sense of office community. they are too selfish to do their work, get paid and go home without looking to others' work.
a good co- worker is a sympathetic listener and never uses what he learns to against the partners. especially, he does not gossip so that he gets and uses negative rumors to take advantage of others.
being a good co-worker is not too hard, but some people can not seem to manage it.
